2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class vs 2019 Audi A6

The 2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class entices so many drivers here in Scottsdale, AZ. But should you get this model, or one from a different European brand? We’re going to take a look at how the 2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class holds up against the 2019 Audi A6 to give you an idea of which luxury model you might want to go with. We’re going to look at the base trims of both models. If you take a look at the horsepower and torque you’ll notice the E 300 has less horsepower and torque than the A6 Premium Quattro. Even with the more powerful engine, the E 300 still has an edge with the 9G-TRONIC®* transmission, whereas the A6 Premium Quattro only has a 7-speed automatic transmission. Let’s see what else gives the E-Class an Edge over the A6. Take a look below to see more about the technology features both models offer.

Advantages of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class

While the A6 has more power than the E-Class, the E-Class has an edge over the Audi A6 when it comes to technology features. You can potentially find more technology features in the E 300 than in the A6 Premium Quattro. For example, if you are looking for cooled/ventilated seats to beat the Arizona heat, then you might want to pic, the E 300 over the A6 Premium Quattro, since this base trim of the A6 doesn’t have this feature, while the E 300 has it as an option. Likewise, the E 300 has a keyless ignition standard, while the A6 Premium Quattro has this as an optional feature. The two sedans are close when it comes to cargo space and legroom. The A6 has a bit more cubic feet of cargo space, but the E 300 squeaks by with a hairsbreadth more of front legroom. Find your luxury sedan right here at Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale. If you live nearby, such as Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Mesa, or Chandler, then you are only a short drive away! Contact our team to schedule your test drive today.
