Does Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale have loaner vehicles?

When your vehicle isn’t performing at its best, it can be frustrating. Not only do you have to worry about what could be wrong with your vehicle, but you have to make plans for what you’ll do without your vehicle for a few days. This can be challenging, especially if you commute to work and rely on your vehicle on a daily basis. Today we’re going to assist you in finding a solution by helping you learn more about the Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead loaner vehicle program.

How much are loaner vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale?

Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale understands the stress of being without your vehicle, which is why we offer complimentary loaner cars. We offer a wide selection of loaner vehicles including the C-Class, CLA-Class, GLA-Class, E-Class or ML. There are a few rules and regulations that apply. They are as follows:

  • The driver must be at least 21 years and have valid automotive collision and liability insurance in the state of Arizona. They must also understand that all personal injury and property damage claims resulting from their use of the motor vehicle will be filed against their personal automotive insurance policy. They must also understand that their insurance is considered primary for this car while in their care and that in the event that their insurance doesn’t cover damages, they are aware that the liability to Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale is theirs and they will pay regardless of any issue they may have with insurance carrier.
  • The driver must understand that in the event that the vehicle is damaged while in their care, they will be held responsible for the daily cost of $40 per day while the vehicle is being repaired.
  • There is a fuel charge of $12.45 per day (max $48.00) that the driver has the vehicle and it will be applied to the Service R.O.
  • The driver must understand that they are responsible for all damage noted on the vehicle check-in report.
  • The driver must provide a credit card imprint for the purpose of charging them for the following: unreported damage to the loaner vehicle, late charge of $50 per day if vehicle is not returned by agreed day and time, extraordinary cleaning expenses and parking tickets/speeding tickets,
  • The driver must not drink, smoke or eat in the loaner vehicle
  • No pets are allowed in the loaner vehicle
  • The vehicle cannot be driven outside of a 50 miles radius from Scottsdale
