What is Mercedes me® connect Assist Services?

The Mercedes me® connect Assist Services is a useful app that many of our customers look forward to utilizing. This is an optional feature for many of our models and allows you to perform a variety of vehicle-help checks. You can not only get quotes on your vehicle, but you can add appointments, check out your vehicle health with diagnostic info, and you can download new software! This technology is conveniently available as a smartphone app, so you can conveniently use it with your own phone.

This feature is great, but it can be a pain to figure out which models actually have this feature standard or optional. Thankfully, there’s an easy answer to that. Basically, if you are looking at a 2020 Mercedes-Benz vehicle, then it probably has the Mercedes me connect Assist Services. Of course, you’ll want to double-check, but you probably won’t have to worry about your 2020 Mercedes-Benz model having them. This includes the new GLS, GLC, GLE, A-Class, C-Class, and E-Class.
