The Mercedes me® connect Assist Services is a useful app that many of our customers look forward to utilizing. This is an optional feature for many of our models and allows you to perform a variety of vehicle-help checks. This technology is conveniently available as a smartphone app, so you can conveniently use it with your own phone.
