How fast is the 2020 Mercedes-AMG® GLC 43 SUV and Coupe?

0 to 60 mile per hour acceleration

Both the 2020 Mercedes-AMG® GLC 43 SUV and Coupe can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in only 4.7 seconds. This is courtesy of the biturbo 3.0-liter V6 with direct-injection engine that pumps out 385 horsepower and 384 lb.-ft. of torque. It has a top speed of 130 mph and an AMG® SPEEDSHIFT® TCT 9-speed automatic transmission.

One of the major technology highlights in the 2020 GLC is the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) system. You probably already know about it, but just in case you don’t, the MBUX® system features a touchscreen display and natural-language voice control. It also gives both vehicles a 10.25-inch touchscreen display and a 12.3-inch instrument cluster.

Another highlight is the AMG® DRIVE UNIT® steering wheel to increase the superior handling of the vehicle. The AMG® DYNAMICS® gives you different drive modes, including Sport, Sport+, Comfort, Individual, and Slippery.

AIR BODY CONTROL® is a suspension system that gives you a smooth drive, while the AMG® SPEEDSHIFT® Torque-Converter Transmission allows you to switch between a normal automatic transmission and one that you can actually shift with.
