2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Back Seat Entertainment System
One of the most exciting new features of the 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class, besides the autonomous driving capabilities, is the large amount of space taken up by LCD screens. In the front, two 12.3-inch screens dominate the dashboard. One behind the steering wheel for the instrument cluster and one right in the center for navigation, music, and adjusting entertainment settings. Mercedes-Benz has been quick to remind us of this new infotainment system with every chance, but did you know it doesn’t end there? You can also upgrade your 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class to include a back seat entertainment system.

Plug & Play
There are few things more effective at occupying a child’s attention than a television. When you combine this with the invention of the Ipad, parenting is almost obsolete. Complimenting this fact is the optional rear seat entertainment system in the 2017 E-Class sedan and E-Class wagon. Using slots that are already on the back of the seats, Mercedes-Benz can provide Plug and Play Ipad holders that will keep your children in one place regardless of the destination. The holders can also be tilted and rotated to get the best angle in any of the three back seats.
Ipad Not Included
The Preinstallation for Entertainment and Comfort package is an opportunity for customers to upgrade the back seats of the E-Class, bringing the model closer to that of the S-Class in terms of quality and convenience. The holders work with the Ipad 4, Ipad Air, and Ipad Air 2, which do not come with the package.
