Technology Features
The 2018 GLA offers big-screen entertainment, and a bigger screen to go with it—the new, clear 8″ color display features a wide range of ways to stay entertained and informed behind the wheel. The system offers standard Bluetooth® audio streaming, but Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are available by upgrade only. The 2018 GLA also features standard LED daytime running lamps and LED taillamps with new “Stardust” technology, as well as newly available LED headlamps for upgrade.Â
Driver-Assist Systems
The 2018 GLA also features smart driver-assist systems to inspire confidence and peace of mind while on the road. First off, the Mercedes me smartphone app connects driver and Mercedes-Benz on and off the road. mBrace® Connect brings internet and Wi-Fi to the vehicle, and offers access to remote vehicle controls, vehicle information, maintenance alerts, and much more. mBrace® Connect comes standard for five years with the purchase of a new 2018 GLA.
