2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class Release Date
We are officially in the third quarter of 2015. This is the sweet spot where auto manufacturers like to start throwing next years’ models in our faces. It’s like they know. This third quarter, in particular, is extra special. Mercedes-Benz will be unleashing two new SUVs for us to deal with. The GLC and the GLE, though modeled after the GLK and the M-Class respectively, are brand new to Mercedes-Benz. Aside from a few executives (probably), no one owns a GLC or a GLE…yet. As we wait for the 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class release date, lets take a look at some of what we can expect from the next great SUV.
The GLC-Class is designed to be an SUV counterpart to the C-Class sedan. It is a little smaller than the GLE, and a little more sporty too. Although it looks smaller than the GLK it is replacing, it is actually bigger in almost every category from length to interior space.
Mercedes-Benz has announced that the GLC will be available to us in November. That gives us three months to prepare ourselves. Mercedes-Benz did not offer a specific day in November, but we expect that is because that will vary between dealerships. Luckily for you, we are here to let you know exactly when it arrives at Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale.
The GLC will be moderately priced. It will only be available in two trims, according to Mercedes-Benz, and only one if you don’t consider all-wheel drive to be a separate trim. One thing is for sure, the GLC300 and the GLC300 4M will be flying off the shelves. Stay tuned for pricing information. If we had you at hello, come to Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale today to reserve one.
